Overview

The National Account Manager will manage multi-branch national accounts, building long-term relationships to enhance profitability and drive sales growth for Veolia North America.

In Short

  • Manage national accounts not identified as key accounts.
  • Build long-term relationships to increase profitability.
  • Identify target accounts and develop strategies.
  • Support business development and operations teams.
  • Manage contracts and commercial terms.
  • Coordinate negotiation of service agreements.
  • Resolve customer issues professionally.
  • Develop pricing and service strategies for profitability.
  • Oversee reporting of key performance indicators.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree.
  • Five or more years of progressive Account Management or Sales experience.
  • Proficient in computer skills.
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to present information effectively.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
