Overview

The National Account Manager will oversee and grow customer accounts, focusing on both inline and online sales across Canada and the USA.

In Short

  • Manage national retail accounts in Canada and the USA.
  • Develop and implement profitable sales programs.
  • Meet and exceed sales objectives quarterly.
  • Work with Buyers and Category Management for market insights.
  • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across categories.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ensure regular communication across departments.
  • Coordinate account and market reviews with KPIs.
  • Occasional travel within Canada and to the USA required.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in account management with national retailers.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to travel as required.
  • Preference for bilingual candidates.
