Overview

As an Inbound Account Executive at Instrumentl, you'll play a vital role in helping nonprofits by providing them with a consultative sales experience and onboarding them to our grant management platform.

In Short

  • Deliver 1:1 concierge onboarding and consultative sales experiences.
  • Speak with Executive Directors, Development Directors, and Grants Managers.
  • Become an expert on grants and institutional fundraising.
  • Conduct 40-50 onboarding sessions per month.
  • Use creative tactics for outbound sales.
  • Experiment with onboarding flows and sales pitches.
  • Follow up with prospects and respond to inquiries promptly.
  • Provide design and product input for user experience.

Requirements

  • 0-1 years of closing experience in a customer-facing role at a SaaS company.
  • Empathy to solve underlying customer problems.
  • Curiosity to understand customer needs.
  • Grit and willingness to work hard and accept coaching.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Drive to take control of personal success.
  • Friendliness and approachability in communication.
  • Tech-savviness with tools like G Suite, Zoom, and Slack.
