Instrumentl is a mission-driven startup focused on helping the nonprofit sector improve their grant discovery and management processes. We are looking for a Growth Engineer to enhance user acquisition, activation, retention, and engagement through innovative experiments and features.

In Short

• Design, build, and deploy experiments and features using Ruby on Rails.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, and Data teams.
• Maintain and improve the growth experimentation platform.
• Implement and analyze A/B tests to validate hypotheses.
• Manage problems from end to end, engaging with stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience, especially in Ruby on Rails.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Strong customer focus and commitment to user experience.
• Ability to thrive in cross-functional environments.
• Comfort with rapid iteration and experimentation.
• Analytical mindset for interpreting data and guiding decisions.
• Motivated by impact and continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver value in fast-paced settings.
