Growth Engineer - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a proactive and product-minded Growth Engineer to join our team. You will work hand-in-hand with the Growth Product Lead and CTO to build, launch, and iterate on product experiences that fuel our company’s growth.

In Short

• Full-Stack Development for Growth
• Build, optimize, and maintain features focused on user acquisition, engagement, and retention
• Develop front-end interfaces (React, Tailwind CSS, etc.) and back-end services (Node.js, Express, AWS)
• Maintain and improve continuous integration/deployment pipelines
• Design, implement, and evaluate A/B tests to drive key metrics
• Collaborate with product and data teams to integrate analytics tools
• Partner with Product, Design, and Marketing to rapidly prototype and launch new ideas
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability across all growth-related products
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices for growth engineering
• Actively seek out ways to increase team efficiency and code quality

Requirements

• 6+ years of full-stack development experience
• Proficiency in TypeScript, React, Node.js, Express, and AWS
• Experience with analytics and A/B testing frameworks
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication skills
• Growth mindset with a focus on improvement and experimentation
• Familiarity with CI/CD workflows, Docker, and GitHub Actions
• Familiarity with design tools and project management software is a plus
• Ability to operate independently in a remote-first environment
