Overview

As the marketing leader, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing all revenue-generating marketing initiatives for a company building innovative sensory products designed to improve balance, posture, and movement.

• Develop and maintain a rolling 12-month marketing calendar.
• Coordinate D2C e-commerce growth through various digital channels.
• Conduct customer research and produce actionable insights.
• Translate customer insights into marketing toolkits for distributors.
• Ensure alignment across multiple marketing channels.
• Maintain performance analytics dashboards.
• Develop brand voice guidelines and copy decks.
• Implement lifecycle marketing strategies to improve retention.
• Engage with influencers and community initiatives.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in growth or product marketing.
• Proven ownership of a marketing calendar and revenue targets.
• Proficiency in GA4, Shopify, Klaviyo, and digital ad platforms.
• Experience managing external agencies.
• Strong copywriting and project management skills.
• Familiarity with AI tools for marketing.
• Confident communicator for data-driven presentations.

Benefits

• Base salary: $85k-$95k for candidates in similar cost-of-living markets.
• Variable compensation up to 10% based on performance.
