• 12–20 years of senior leadership in digital growth and brand strategy.
• Proven success in transforming premium hospitality into a global brand.
• Mastery of full-funnel digital marketing.
• Exceptional strategic and analytical skills.
• Strong networks across luxury travel and wellness communities.
• Inspirational people leader able to attract top talent.
• International mindset with experience across various markets.
• Fluency in English (Spanish a plus).
