Supply Chain & Logistics Manager - Remote

Overview

As our Supply Chain & Logistics Manager, you’ll own the end-to-end flow of products — from raw material procurement to final delivery, ensuring the right products reach the right place, on time and at the right cost.

In Short

• Track sales velocity, inventory levels, and lead times to forecast demand and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
• Manage orders of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods from suppliers/manufacturers.
• Coordinate with manufacturing partners to ensure timely product runs.
• Arrange freight and transport to get finished products into warehouses.
• Monitor stock at each warehouse, oversee inbound/outbound shipments, and ensure smooth replenishment.
• Develop systems to reduce costs, improve accuracy, and shorten lead times.
• Provide weekly/monthly updates on inventory status, upcoming risks, and procurement timelines.

Requirements

• Experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics (CPG, supplements, or FMCG industry preferred).
• Strong forecasting and analytical skills (Excel/Google Sheets, ERP systems like NetSuite, Unleashed, or Cin7).
• Familiarity with international shipping, customs, and freight forwarders.
• Ability to manage relationships with manufacturers, packaging suppliers, and warehouses.
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
