Director of Corporate Studios - Fitness - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Director of Corporate Studios to oversee and drive performance across 10 to 20 company-owned locations nationwide. This role is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations, financial performance, staffing, and member experience of our corporate studios.

In Short

• Lead & Manage Corporate Store Portfolio – Oversee all aspects of operations for 10-20 corporate-owned D1 Training facilities.
• Drive Operational Performance – Implement and monitor best-in-class systems, processes, and KPIs.
• Support & Coach Leadership Teams – Provide direct support and leadership development to General Managers and Facility Coaches.
• Execute Strategic Initiatives – Roll out corporate initiatives, promotions, and new programs.
• Ensure Brand Consistency & Member Experience – Protect and enhance the brand experience.
• Collaborate Across Teams – Work cross-functionally with marketing, performance, finance, and franchise support teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in multi-unit fitness operations.
• Strong operational leadership background with a proven track record in sales and team leadership.
• Experience in corporate multi-site management within the fitness industry.
• Ability to manage P&Ls and drive KPIs.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently to oversee and support locations nationwide.
