Overview

The Channel Account Manager for Brazil will align with Channel Partners to achieve quota attainment and ensure the delivery of exceptional customer experience.

In Short

  • Discover and manage sales opportunities with designated Partners.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts in Salesforce.
  • Assist Partners in closing opportunities and broadening product expertise.
  • Train partners on product and effective sales techniques.
  • Coordinate Partner access to resources and manage communications.
  • Attend shows and conference calls as designated by management.
  • Support the development of sales collateral for Channel Partners.
  • Maintain up-to-date information on company websites.
  • Manage tasks to completion per project schedule.
  • Engage with cross-functional work teams.

Requirements

  • Understanding of technology use in education and LMS marketplace.
  • 4+ years of related experience in the Channel.
  • Proven success in building strong relationships.
  • Minimum of intermediate understanding of company financial measures.
  • Engaging and articulate in communications.
  • Self-motivated and competitive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Tools and Google Apps.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to travel regularly within Brazil.
