Overview

As an Account Director at Insider, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring their retention and growth while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Proven track record in sales and persuasive skills.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for tech solutions.
  • Excellent project and time management skills.
  • Experience in negotiating contracts.
  • Ability to build relationships with senior executives.
  • University degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
