The WSO Solutions Director at Cencora leads the implementation and support of systematic solutions for Warehouse Systems and Operations, ensuring compliance and effective project management within the supply chain.

• Lead role in creating and implementing systematic solutions for warehouse operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, computer science, or similar.
• 5-10 years of experience in designing and deploying enterprise system solutions.
• Experience with Manhattan Associates software and Cognos preferred.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems and Automation Systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with SQL and various programming languages.
• Familiarity with Linux and server management.
• Excellent communication skills for technical topics.
• Project management experience with tools like Microsoft Project.
• Lean and Six-Sigma skills preferred.
