In Short

• Act as the company concierge for clients while collaborating with the Case Management team.
• Identify client needs and propose IMS service solutions.
• Obtain new clients and grow existing relationships.
• Manage prospect and client relationships in a designated geographical territory.
• Train and understand all aspects of IMS Medical Expert Witness Services.
• Develop and implement tactical plans to achieve sales goals.
• Execute outbound calls and conduct onsite client visits.
• Budget and allocate resources efficiently to maximize sales outcomes.
• Meet productivity and target case goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2-5 years outside professional services sales experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience in managing and growing a book of business.
