In Short

  • Manage and grow global strategic accounts in the UHF RFID ecosystem.
  • Direct Field Application Engineer at critical engagement stages.
  • Be the field authority for business development and marketing teams.
  • Own near- and long-term sales forecasts for the region.
  • Drive executive customer engagements at reviews and trade shows.
  • Engage with EPIC sales and service bureaus to understand the ecosystem.
  • Influence executive level customers’ decision makers.
  • Requires 40-50% international and domestic travel.

Requirements

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in technical sales or business development.
  • Success in delivering impactful sales and technical solutions.
  • Ability to understand the UHF RFID ecosystem.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and create differentiated offerings.
  • History of solving complex global sales issues collaboratively.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business or marketing.
