Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Integration Support or related fields.
• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Experience with SQL and scripting/programming languages (Python, PHP).
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to fast-paced environments.
• Cooperative and service-oriented attitude.
• Experience in customer-facing roles preferred.
• Passion for solving customer issues.
