In Short

• Work alongside large customers to solve complex challenges.
• Resolve questions on architecture, performance, recovery, and security.
• Advocate for customer needs with product management and development teams.
• Contribute to internal projects, including software development of support tools.
• Support government customers in the FedRamp Atlas environment.
• Work remotely from Hawaii.
• Participate in pager duty rotations during nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have a quiet home office and sufficient internet access.
• Third shift position with flexible ramping period.
• Be a US Person for eligibility.

Requirements

• Strong technical experience in systems administration, distributed systems, and network administration.
• Experience in database architecture and administration.
• Knowledge of application architecture and data architecture.
• Performance tuning and benchmarking skills.
• Experience with programming languages like Java, Python, Ruby, C, C++, C#, Javascript, node.js, Go, PHP, or Perl is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Desire to help people and solve problems.
• Ability to work under pressure and think on your feet.
• Strong teamwork and willingness to seek help when needed.
• Self-starter with a curiosity to understand large systems.
