Director of Clients - Remote

Overview

The Director of Clients (DoC) will develop and maintain client-business relationships and act as the Executive Director for select clients.

In Short

• Serve as a liaison between Impact and its clients.
• Ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Manage high-level projects for new clients.
• Conduct periodic audits of client work.
• Facilitate strategic planning and oversee implementation.
• Lead staff in best practices for association management.
• Manage client onboarding and annual reviews.
• Participate in Board and Committee meetings.
• Travel to meet clients and attend events.
