In Short

  • Full-time position with flexible work schedule.
  • Option to work from home or in office at Madison, WI headquarters.
  • Manage client systems and data.
  • Provide administrative and communication support.
  • Event management work, including logistics and details for events.
  • Support client events, including attendance and some travel.
  • Coordinate with speakers, sponsors, and exhibitors.
  • Keep client teams updated on work and priorities.
  • Regularly update procedures and maintain documentation.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Administrative experience and background in meeting/event logistics.
  • Experience working with nonprofit organizations preferred.
  • Collaborative and adaptable to shifting priorities.
  • Self-driven, efficient, and attentive to details.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn new software.
