Overview

Pavago is seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our client’s team. This role requires someone with strong marketing skills who can manage campaigns, create content, and support growth strategies with initiative and strategic thinking.

In Short

• Publish content consistently on LinkedIn, including posts, articles, and newsletters.
• Create lead magnets and design branded graphics using Canva or AI tools.
• Conduct outreach via LinkedIn and email to potential leads.
• Pull weekly analytics for LinkedIn and track email performance.
• Identify collaboration opportunities and monitor competitor activity.
• Maintain and update the CRM in Go High Level.
• Demonstrate initiative in proposing and implementing marketing strategies.
• Work autonomously while supporting team and leadership vision.
• Thrive in a collaborative environment with respect for diversity and inclusion.
• Manage the marketing calendar and coordinate ongoing campaigns.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of marketing coordination experience.
• Proficiency with Go High Level and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Familiarity with AI tools for productivity enhancement.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
