Marketing Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The Marketing Coordinator will support and build the GuidePoint Security Brand in their assigned region, leading event logistics and vendor co-marketing activities to meet corporate and regional sales and marketing objectives.

In Short

• Organize and execute regional events.
• Manage multiple events and prioritize tasks.
• Ensure deadlines for event-related activities are met.
• Collaborate with the team to promote events using Marketo.
• Track and report on event and campaign metrics.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing team.
• Manage lead acquisition and follow-up strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
• Up to 10% travel may be required for larger initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 3 - 5 years’ experience in event marketing.
• Experience with Marketo and Salesforce required.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Detail-oriented and results-driven.
