Overview

Pavago is seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our client’s team. This role requires someone with strong marketing skills who can manage campaigns, create content, and support growth strategies with initiative and strategic thinking.

In Short

• Publish content consistently on LinkedIn, including posts, articles, and newsletters.
• Create lead magnets (PDFs, checklists, workbooks) aligned with brand standards.
• Design branded graphics and images using Canva or AI tools.
• Edit raw video and repurpose long-form content into short clips or Reels.
• Conduct outreach via LinkedIn and email using pre-approved messaging templates.
• Pull weekly analytics for LinkedIn and prepare a simple weekly dashboard.
• Identify collaboration opportunities for visibility and lead generation.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends for strategic insights.
• Demonstrated ability to propose and implement creative marketing strategies independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional digital presence.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of marketing coordination or similar role, ideally in a digital-first environment.
• Proficient with Go High Level and comfortable navigating LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Experience with Typeform or Jotform for surveys is a plus.
• Familiar with AI tools that enhance productivity and streamline marketing efforts.
• Comfortable working autonomously, taking initiative, and driving projects forward.
