Pavago is seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our client’s team. This role requires someone with strong marketing skills who can manage campaigns, create content, and support growth strategies with initiative and strategic thinking.

• Publish content consistently on LinkedIn, including posts, articles, and newsletters.
• Create lead magnets aligned with brand standards.
• Research potential leads and conduct outreach via LinkedIn and email.
• Pull weekly analytics for LinkedIn and track email performance.
• Identify collaboration opportunities for visibility and lead generation.
• Maintain and update the CRM in Go High Level.
• Design branded graphics and images using Canva or AI tools.
• Monitor competitor activity for strategic insights.
• Propose and implement creative marketing strategies independently.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure marketing initiatives run smoothly.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of marketing coordination or similar role.
• Proficient with Go High Level and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Familiar with AI tools that enhance marketing efforts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and drive projects forward.
