Overview

The Distribution Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for building and scaling iLOQ’s distribution channel across North America, driving revenue via distributors and acting as a critical bridge between iLOQ, distributors, and downstream partners.

In Short

  • Design and implement a scalable, structured distribution program for North America
  • Own and develop a sell-through model that drives measurable, distributor-led revenue
  • Manage key distributor relationships and ensure revenue accountability
  • Deliver distributor and partner training
  • Lead joint sales calls and field engagement
  • Conduct counter days, ride-alongs, and site visits
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using BANT principles
  • Track and analyze KPIs such as revenue performance and partner activity
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Technical teams

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of experience in channel sales, distribution, or partner management
  • Background in door hardware, access control, or the security industry
  • Proven success in building revenue models driven by distribution
  • Experience working with national distributors
  • Strong forecasting, pipeline management, and analytical skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed across North America
