In Short

  • Create markets and actively meet potential end customers.
  • Cold calling, booking meetings, and presenting solutions.
  • Help customers define their needs and offer suitable solutions.
  • Sell products through an authorized dealer network.
  • Develop and maintain a partner network in your area.
  • Participate in marketing products at business fairs and events.
  • Support from local and national teams, plus a dedicated Tech team.

Requirements

  • Experience/education in relevant fields (sales/locksmith/security/electro).
  • Previous experience in technical sales or systems for B2B markets.
  • Technical ability to understand digital locks and access control.
  • Ability to develop long-term customer relationships.
  • Good communication skills, fluent in Norwegian and good English.
  • Self-driven 'Hunter profile'.
  • Result-oriented with a strong focus on execution.
  • Willingness to travel, driver's license class B.
  • Good IT skills, familiar with CRM, Teams, and pipeline management.
