Overview

We are seeking a Legal Counsel to support the UK&I and Europe regions, focusing on software-related legal matters and compliance.

• Support Senior Legal Counsels in the UK&I and Europe regions.
• Provide legal counsel on transactions and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Draft, review, and negotiate IT-related contracts.

Requirements

• Common law qualified lawyer with 3-5 years PQE.
• Experience in commercial contracts and regulatory compliance.
• In-house experience is advantageous.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to balance legal and business priorities.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is beneficial.
• Experience in a complex, international environment.
