Requirements

• 5+ years of legal experience in fintech or technology sectors.
• Deep understanding of payment law and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in contract negotiation and corporate governance.
• LL.B. and Call to Bar required; additional qualifications are a plus.
• Strong research, drafting, and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving, remote-first environment.
