Alpinum Solutions is a leading provider of Managed Legal Services in Germany, Switzerland, and Liechtenstein. We are looking for a Legal Counsel for our client, a global insurance company.

In Short

• Responsible for analyzing and reviewing agreements with medical service providers and third-party administrators.
• Creating and completing new contracts based on template forms and managing templates.
• Organizing client data and other contract-relevant documents for proper storage and quick access.
• Monitoring and evaluating contracts against internal policies and legal requirements.
• Collaborating with internal departments such as procurement, sales, and finance.

Requirements

• Excellent English language skills.
• Full, diploma, or business lawyer qualification.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in contract management or a similar position.
