Legal Counsel - Remote

Overview

The Legal Counsel will be part of a team supporting the business with its legal requirements, advising on corporate, commercial, employment, and regulatory matters.

• Advising on corporate law matters and multifaceted transaction dealings
• Drafting, negotiating and reviewing commercial contracts
• Advising marketing and technology departments on legal requirements
• Researching multi-national regulatory regimes
• Maintaining corporate governance
• Providing effective legal advice across the business
• Ensuring business needs meet legal obligations
• Updating and maintaining internal policies
• Participating in ISO27001 implementation
• Other ad-hoc duties

Requirements

• Law degree from a recognised EU university
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant legal experience
• Knowledge of IP law is an asset
• Prior I-Gaming experience is a plus
• Detail-oriented and strong organisation skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritise
• Team player with a positive mindset
• Creative and out-of-the-box thinking
