In Short

• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements with a wide array of customers.
• Support our partnership team in signing on strategic partners.
• Advise our education team on contracting with schools.
• Collaborate to design and improve Figma’s legal policies.
• Help drive legal and go-to-market contracting strategy.

Requirements

• J.D. and license to practice law in at least one state.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in commercial agreements.
• Collaborative approach with strong relationship-building skills.
• Strong work ethic and comfort in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of privacy issues in commercial transactions.
