Requirements

• 5+ years of product experience in payments, crypto, or enterprise software.
• Experience managing APIs and payments tools.
• Strong project management skills in agile environments.
• Data-driven mindset for product direction.
• Comfort with compliance and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience in fintech or crypto is a plus.
• Work experience across African, LATAM, or Asian markets is a bonus.
