Overview

As a Customer Support Specialist at IGT1 Lanka, you will be the first point of contact for B2B customers, addressing technical issues and providing insights to enhance customer experience.

In Short

  • Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries.
  • Provide technical support for Billtrust software.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience.
  • Document procedures and maintain software performance.
  • Run diagnostics and train new staff.
  • Participate in updating the knowledge base.
  • Report recurring issues to DevOps teams.
  • Analyze customer feedback for product improvements.
  • Work on multiple problems simultaneously.
  • Communicate effectively with business and technical departments.

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years experience in technical support, preferably in SaaS.
  • Intermediate proficiency in SQL or similar programming languages.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to prioritize competing project demands.
  • Passion for helping others and providing exceptional service.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of web technologies beneficial.
  • Experience with Salesforce or Jira is a plus.
