Contract Recruiter - Maternity Coverage - Remote

Overview

This role is for temporary maternity leave coverage. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for delivering full cycle recruiting for cross functional teams across the Americas.

• Deliver full cycle recruiting for cross functional teams.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR to define recruitment strategy.
• Sourcing and engaging candidates for key roles.
• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates.
• Coach hiring managers on recruitment strategies.
• Maintain documentation within the company's ATS.
• Generate qualified candidates through direct sourcing.
• Assess talent for cultural and competency fit.
• Engage in talent pipelining to support hiring.
• Focus on networking within the industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2-3 years of experience in recruitment.
• Experience in talent acquisition across various business functions.
• Strong communication skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Advanced research skills and sourcing techniques.
• Ability to build relationships over the phone.
• Excellent multitasking abilities.
