• We are looking for a talented and mission-driven Recruiter on a contract-to-hire basis.
• Support and execute on a wide range of recruiting initiatives.
• Manage the end-to-end recruiting process.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future roles.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers.
• Experience using Greenhouse or a similar ATS.
• 5+ years of recruiting experience.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Strong advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices.

Requirements

• Experience using Greenhouse or a similar applicant tracking system.
• 5+ years of recruiting experience, including 3+ years for technical roles.
• Demonstrated success achieving recruitment goals.
• Proven ability to build and execute creative sourcing strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High standards for integrity, ownership, and accountability.
