Contract Recruiter - Remote

Overview

FP Markets Group of Companies is a well-established globally regulated Australian broker offering traders access to CFDs across Forex, Indices, Commodities, Stocks, and Cryptocurrencies. We are growing and looking to recruit a Contract Recruiter (2-month contract) to support our hiring goals across business and technical functions.

In Short

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for 5 open roles (mix of technical and business positions) within agreed timelines.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, profiles, and recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates and proactively engage passive talent.
• Conduct structured interviews, provide feedback to candidates, and guide them through the process.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, panel discussions, and offer negotiations.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate records and reports in the ATS.
• Monitor progress and provide regular updates on hiring status to stakeholders.
• Contribute ideas to improve recruitment processes, employer branding, and candidate engagement.

Requirements

• Proven experience (3+ years) as an in-house or agency recruiter, with a track record of filling technical and/or business roles.
• Experience in fast-paced industries such as fintech, SaaS, or tech is preferred.
• Excellent sourcing, interviewing, and negotiation skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Highly organized, results-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities.
• Familiarity with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Availability to start immediately and commit to a 2-month contract.
