Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in customer support or technical support.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and comfort troubleshooting software issues.
  • Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts.
  • Technical curiosity with cloud-based tools and AI-driven workflows.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Experience in construction tech or AI tools is a plus.
