Overview

The Business Development Representative will provide key outbound prospecting and lead development for Copperleaf IFS in the UK and Europe, focusing on Service Management, Asset Management, and ERP Applications.

In Short

  • Engage in value-driven conversations with prospects.
  • Create opportunities by identifying areas for improvement.
  • Utilize Pre-Call Planning to understand prospects.
  • Develop cold accounts into targeted accounts.
  • Collaborate with Sales Representatives to set meetings.
  • Gain access to decision-makers in organizations.
  • Customize messaging based on competitive advantages.
  • Convert targeted accounts to sales pipeline opportunities.
  • Implement Account Based Marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain relationships with assigned target accounts.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of software telemarketing or inside sales experience.
  • Self-starter with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to understand Copperleaf IFS applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with contact management applications, Excel, and Word.
  • Experience with CRM and automation tools is beneficial.
