Business Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Business Analyst at IGT1 Lanka will work closely with global clients to document functional requirements and provide expertise in product knowledge, ensuring a seamless user experience.

In Short

• Document functional requirements and technical specifications for clients.
• Review complex data files and mapping documents.
• Act as the main point of contact for the Application Support Team.
• Communicate progress and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Support and analyze presales and sales opportunities.
• Recommend improvements to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and features.
• Interact effectively with both technical and non-technical personnel.
• Develop a shared understanding of project scope.
• Work starting time is 07:30 PM Sri Lanka Time.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a Business Analyst or related role.
• Strong communication skills for gathering and documenting requirements.
• Proven ability to interact with various personnel levels.
• Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to decompose high-level information into detailed requirements.
• Creative and innovative thinking.
• Bachelor’s Degree in technology or business, or equivalent experience.
