Overview

As a Business Analyst at HCVT, you will play a crucial role in investigating and resolving business process and technical support requests while contributing to the continuous improvement of client services.

• Investigate and resolve business process and technical support requests.
• Manage support ticket backlog and prioritize effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, accounting, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a related role.
• Experience with MS SQL for querying and troubleshooting preferred.
