In Short

• Working closely with data engineers/analysts, developers, business unit stakeholders and product development teams.
• Identifying, documenting and articulating business data and reporting needs.
• Facilitating positive inbound and outbound communications with customers.
• Creating user stories, functional specs, and technical requirements.
• Understanding the CMS business landscape and its stakeholders.
• Gathering, analyzing and documenting detailed business requirements.
• Facilitating user acceptance testing.
• Experience with collaboration tools such as Confluence & JIRA.
• Consultant mindset focused on client and user needs.
• Performing other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen and able to work domestically.
• Must be able to attain low-level security clearance.
