Overview

The Senior Business Analyst at IGT1 Lanka will play a crucial role in understanding and enhancing the WorkWave products to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

In Short

• Acquire deep understanding of the product and its business domain.
• Develop and enhance Business Process Models for optimization.
• Lead the elicitation, analysis, documentation, and validation of new requirements.
• Produce detailed UML artifacts for business process visualization.
• Champion agile practices and lead Scrum ceremonies.
• Compose User Stories and Defects for the Engineering team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product decisions.
• Assist with product roadmap planning based on customer expectations.
• Coordinate release planning and monitor feasibility.
• Maintain documentation and perform product demonstrations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Field Service Management or similar domain.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or Information Technology.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a global team.
• Proficiency in English.
• Experience with design and project management software is a plus.
• Familiarity with Mobile Technologies is a strong advantage.
• Experience in Business Process Mapping is a strong advantage.
