Business Senior Analyst - Remote

Overview

The IT Business Senior Analyst is an intermediate-level position responsible for liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information in a concise, logical and understandable way in coordination with the Technology team.

In Short

• Formulate and define systems scope and objectives for complex projects.
• Consult with users and clients to solve complex system issues.
• Support system change processes from requirements through implementation.
• Create features and functionalities to achieve business goals.
• Facilitate backlog decomposition sessions with the technology teams.
• Participate in testing/review sessions and provide support for release.
• Assess risk when business decisions are made.
• Engage stakeholders and team members to drive collaboration.
• Demonstrated experience facilitating collaborative sessions.
• Possess excellent communication and analytical skills.

Requirements

• 8-12 years of relevant Business Analyst experience.
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
• In-depth analytical skills with the ability to synthesize findings.
• Expertise with agile tools suites including JIRA and MS Teams.
• Understanding of Operational Risk domain is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
