• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Shaw Systems.
• 5+ years working with APIs and system integrations (REST/JSON).
• In-depth understanding of loan servicing and accounting processes.
• Strong analytical skills for diagnosing and resolving complex system behaviors.
• Clear communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to work effectively with product owners and QA teams.
• Comfortable pivoting as business priorities evolve.
