Senior Business Analyst - Remote

Overview

Halo Media is seeking a Business Analyst to help our teams deliver with high quality and on time. You will also deliver amazing digital products by working closely with other engineers and UI/UX designers.

In Short

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather and define detailed technical requirements for mobile applications.
• Utilize in-depth knowledge of agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban, to facilitate efficient project execution.
• Guide the team through various stages of development using Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles.
• Bridge the gap between technical developers and non-technical stakeholders by translating complex concepts.
• Take ownership of the product backlog, prioritizing user stories and features.
• Craft well-defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed documentation for the development team.
• Manage the product backlog, ensuring it remains organized and reflective of the evolving roadmap.
• Contribute insights that enhance product strategy, feature development, and customer experience.
• Identify potential roadblocks and collaborate with the team to implement effective solutions.
• Maintain open lines of communication and engage in team discussions across time zones.

Requirements

• Experience in business analysis and agile methodologies.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Ability to craft user stories and manage product backlogs.
• Experience as a Product Owner is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills for remote work.
