In Short

  • Coordinate revenue-generating activities within the assigned geography.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and develop compelling value propositions.
  • Work with sales leadership and marketing on Territory Development Plans.
  • Manage the sales methodology and maintain a pipeline of opportunities.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers and prospects.
  • Support the development of solutions to customer business problems.
  • Maintain industry and competitive knowledge.
  • Participate in marketing events and activities.
  • Willing to travel as required (up to 50%).
  • Direct sales experience in IAM domains is essential.

Requirements

  • Direct sales experience in Identity and Access Management.
  • Proven above quota performance in a direct sales capacity.
  • Ability to coordinate matrix-based organizations.
  • Experience in building long-term customer relationships.
  • Leadership capability within the assigned territory.
  • Experience in managing multiple initiatives across clients.
  • Strong network within the IAM industry.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Quality work within deadlines.
  • Proficient in CRM and reporting expectations.
