Overview

As a Customer Experience Champion at IdeaTek, you will be the first voice and face of the company, engaging with customers and ensuring they have the best experience with our services.

In Short

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for existing IdeaTek customers.
  • Handle inbound phone calls, emails, and live chats related to support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
  • Provide prompt and effective assistance to ensure positive customer experiences.
  • Build relationships by monitoring customer inquiries and feedback.
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal skills including empathy and professionalism.
  • Adept at identifying and resolving customer issues.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Passionate about providing outstanding support.
  • Ensure accuracy and precision in all customer interactions.

Requirements

  • 1+ year in customer service experience or related fields.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in a high call volume customer service role preferred.
  • Bi-lingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred.
