Overview

The Customer Experience Champion will be the first voice/face of the company to many customers, providing support and building relationships to enhance the customer experience.

In Short

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for existing customers.
  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and live chats related to support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
  • Provide prompt and effective assistance to ensure positive experiences.
  • Monitor trends in customer inquiries for process improvements.
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal skills including empathy and professionalism.
  • Adept at identifying and resolving customer issues.
  • Communicates clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Passionate about providing outstanding support.
  • Ensures accuracy in all customer interactions.

Requirements

  • 1+ year in customer service experience or related fields.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in a high call volume setting preferred.
  • Bi-lingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
