Overview

As a Customer Experience Banker, you will empower customers to achieve their financial goals by providing exemplary service and financial product recommendations.

In Short

• Serve as a Financial Concierge for walk-in customers.
• Retain and grow consumer and business customer relationships.
• Proactively identify customer financial goals and needs.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues effectively.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products.
• Adhere to operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies.
• Demonstrate sales acumen and relationship management skills.
• Participate in outbound calling and referral sourcing.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED with 1 year of customer service experience.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 1 year in customer service in banking or retail sales preferred.
• Cash handling skills required.
• Comfort with technology, including mobile and online banking.
