Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (GTM) - US - Remote

In Short

• Manage the entire candidate funnel from screening to job offer.
• Work predominantly with Sales and Marketing roles.
• Optimize recruitment processes and build partnerships with hiring managers.
• Utilize top-tier recruitment tools for efficiency and quality.
• Fully remote position within the US with a flexible schedule.
• Must be located in specific states: Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Tennessee, Texas, California, Massachusetts, New York, Missouri, New Jersey, Utah, and Virginia.
• Engage in recruitment marketing activities.
• Provide excellent candidate experience.
• Manage hiring projects across the USA, LATAM, and EMEA.
• Support the sourcing team in filling the talent funnel.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience hiring sales professionals in the USA.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment projects.
• Expertise in cross-cultural communication.
• Understanding of international sourcing principles.
• Fluency in English (C2).
• Strong networking skills and rapport-building abilities.
• Experience hiring and placing outside the US is a plus.
