As a Sales Enablement Program Manager at Ideals, you will enhance the capabilities of our global sales team through impactful initiatives, focusing on sales skills development and driving continuous learning.

  • 8+ years of experience in a Sales or Revenue Enablement role.
  • Proven background in Sales or L&D with strong understanding of tools.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in a Sales or Revenue Enablement role.
  • 5+ years of experience within a SaaS organization.
  • Ability to design, implement, and measure sales enablement programs.
  • Accomplished project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
