Overview

The Head of Legal will oversee all legal aspects of HyperionDev's business, providing strategic direction and ensuring compliance with international regulations while managing external legal counsel.

In Short

Develop and implement the company’s legal strategy for international expansion.
Manage and negotiate business contracts with various stakeholders.
Oversee compliance with global regulatory requirements.
Liaise with external law firms across multiple jurisdictions.
Provide legal risk assessments to the management team.
Lead dispute resolution and litigation management.
Support corporate structuring and investor contracts.
Develop and review legal policies and procedures.
Train the internal team in contract management and compliance.

Requirements

Admitted attorney with an LLB degree.
10 years of in-house legal experience.
5+ years in a leadership role.
Strong litigation and contract negotiation experience.
Experience in fast-growing startups and international business.
Excellent leadership and management skills.
Proven ability to analyze complex legal issues.
Strong negotiation skills.
